Hardware Requirements

Baseline hardware requirements for 1000 users:

  • 4GB of RAM dedicated to the software
  • 5GB of disk dedicated to the software
  • 2 Cores CPU is recommended
  • PhenixID Authentication Services is not CPU intensive, a single-core CPU should work for most scenarios even though at least two are recommended.

Virtual deployment, such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V, is supported.

Note that an authentication cycle can differ in memory and CPU usage depending on the configuration. For additional information contact PhenixID support.
