Memory usage

When PAS is being run standalone (eg installed using the installer, not as a container), a default memory limit of 4GB is being applied, but it can be overridden by setting the environment variable JAVA_HEAP_SIZE (on Linux) - this does not apply to containers - see Running as a Container for details.
